Mission
of CharismaLife Ministries
To
the hurting, we desire to be a place of healing. To those being
healed, we desire to be a place of rest. And to the healed, we
desire to be a place of instruction. At CharismaLife, we endeavor
to see…
• That those who come in know Jesus and grow in the grace and knowledge
of God
• That our God-given gifts are revealed and put into use
• That our Children and Youth are trained up to be effective Christian
leaders
• That joy is present and full in our Christian journey
• That our praise and worship creates the atmosphere for the Holy Spirit
to preside and move
• That we achieve a proper balance of worship and instruction in the
Word, while permitting a flow of the spiritual gifts
• That signs, wonders, and miracles follow us as believers
Salvation—To
reach hurting people with the love and Gospel of Jesus Christ
for Salvation.
Evangelism—To
use every opportunity to communicate the Gospel message inside
and outside
of the local congregation.
Equipping—We endeavor
to disciple and train up the saints for the work of the ministry.
Children and Youth—We
place great emphasis on children and youth: the Church of Today, not
tomorrow. As the struggles of being a kid today
are unparalleled, we seek to assist families in raising up their children
to become a positive force in their schools and neighborhoods.
Community—To be
a genuine Community ministry, as the extended hands of Christ, meeting
the needs of the families and people in Whitehall.
Training—Taking
what we have learned and used from the Lord to share with and equip
other
ministries of the Gospel.
Worship—Knowing
the Lord Jesus has done so much for us, this is our response of love
to Him.
The atmosphere around the heart of worship is
central to CLM.
Declaration of Faith
This we Believe...
1. In the verbal inspiration of the Bible.
2. In one God eternally existing in three persons; namely the Father,
the Son, and Holy Ghost.
3. That Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son of the Father, conceived
of the Holy Ghost, and born of the Virgin Mary. That Jesus was crucified,
buried, and raised from the dead. That He ascended to heaven and is today
at the right hand of the Father as the intercessor.
4. That all have sinned and come short of the Glory of God and that
repentance is commanded of God for all and necessary for forgiveness
of sins.
5. That justification, regeneration, and the new birth are wrought by
faith in the blood of Jesus Christ.
6. In sanctification subsequent to the new birth, through faith in the
blood of Jesus Christ.
7. Holiness is to be God’s standard of living for His people.
8. In the baptism with the Holy Ghost subsequent to a clean heart.
9. In speaking with other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance and
that it is the initial evidence of the baptism of the Holy Ghost.
10. In water baptism by immersion and all who repent should be baptized
in the name of the Father, and the Son, and of the Holy Ghost.
11. Divine healing is provided for all in the atonement.
12. In the Lord’s Supper and washing of the saint’s feet.
13. In the premillennial second coming of Jesus. First, to resurrect
the righteous dead and to catch away the living saints to Him in the
air. Second, to reign on the earth a thousand years.
14. In the bodily resurrection; eternal life for the righteous and eternal
punishment for the wicked.
